Tap the + button on the Cashbooks screen and fill in the cashbook name and currency. Your new cashbook will be ready instantly.
On the Add Transaction screen, tap the microphone icon and speak naturally — for example, "spent 5000 on lunch". The app will automatically fill in the amount and description.
Tap the camera icon on the Add Transaction screen and take a photo of your receipt. The AI will extract the amount, date, and merchant name automatically. You can review and edit before saving.
Open the cashbook, go to Settings → Team Members, and enter your team member's email address. Assign them a role (Editor, Operator, or Viewer) and they'll receive an invitation to join.
Go to Settings → Data Import, select your CSV file, and map the columns (date, amount, description, category). Preview the data and tap Import to add all transactions at once.
Standard includes unlimited imports, budget tracking, recurring transactions, and no ads.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → MM Cashbook → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MM Cashbook → Cancel.

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Yes. All your data is stored securely in the cloud and syncs automatically across all your devices. You can also manually export your data as a CSV at any time from Settings → Backup & Export.
Go to Settings → App Lock, enable it, and set your PIN. You can also enable Face ID or fingerprint authentication if your device supports it.
