Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using mmCashBook (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and mmHub ("we", "us", or "our").

Use of the App

mmCashBook is a personal and business finance tracking application. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to track illegal transactions or facilitate money laundering.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Impersonate another person or use another user's account.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or disruptive code.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at cb@mmhub.info if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

mmCashBook offers free and paid subscription tiers (Basic and Pro). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your selected payment method.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings or through your app store (Google Play / App Store).
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the respective app store platform.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Free Trial

Paid plans may include a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Only one free trial per user per plan is permitted.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, and text — are owned by mmHub and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your financial data entered into the App remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. mmCashBook is a financial tracking tool — it is not a licensed financial adviser, and the information in the App should not be treated as professional financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mmHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Myanmar.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
